More than 12 riders?
Bookings for 13 or more riders receive a fixed custom quote based on the bike size mix, location and schedule. For larger groups, running multiple sessions with the same fleet can be the best-value option.

Common questions
What is your cancellation policy?+
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire start, you receive a full refund. This includes cancellation exactly 24 hours before the start.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled hire start, there is no refund under the cancellation policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire start have no change fee, including weather requests, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice are considered individually.
If Burnside Bikes cancels, you receive a full refund regardless of notice. An alternative or reschedule is optional for you.
Notice is measured from the scheduled hire start and the time you contact us. These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
