General information

Who are you and what services do you offer?+
We're a locally owned and operated bike hire service based in the South West, Western Australia. We deliver premium bikes and Trek Rail e-bikes to your accommodation or the trailhead, then collect them when you're done — throughout Busselton, Margaret River and the wider South West.
Where are you located?+
We don't have a shopfront. We deliver bikes directly to wherever you're staying across Busselton, Margaret River and the South West. That keeps our costs down and makes hiring far more convenient for you.
What areas do you service?+
We deliver throughout Busselton (CBD, foreshore, jetty, Port Geographe and surrounds), Dunsborough, Yallingup, Cowaramup, Margaret River and Nannup, plus surrounding South West areas.
What are your operating hours?+
We operate 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm. Delivery and pickup times can be arranged within these hours to suit your schedule.

  • Town bikes for foreshore paths and sealed cycleways

  • Hardtail and dual-suspension mountain bikes
  • Trek Rail 7 Gen 3 e-bikes

How much does it cost to hire a bike?+

Daily hire rates start from:

  • Trek Rail 7 e-bike: from $200 per day
  • Dual-suspension MTB: from $160 per day
  • Hardtail MTB: from $85 per day
  • Town bike: from $60 per day
  • Kids MTB: from $50 per day

What's included with the bike hire?+

Every hire includes:

  • Helmet
  • Bike lock
  • Basic repair kit
  • Delivery and pickup to your accommodation
  • Local trail and route maps
When is payment required?+
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your hire. We accept card payments through our online booking system — no separate deposit is needed.
What's your cancellation policy?+
You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled hire for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the weather turns, we're happy to reschedule at no additional cost.

Delivery & logistics

How much does delivery cost?+

Delivery fees depend on your location and cover both drop-off and pickup:

  • Greater Busselton (Abbey to Geographe): Free
  • Dunsborough, Yallingup, Cowaramup, Margaret River: $50 return
  • Nannup: $70 return
How does the delivery process work?+
We'll arrange a delivery time that suits you. Our team arrives at your accommodation with the bikes, adjusts them to fit each rider, runs a quick orientation and makes sure everything is working before we leave.
What if I need to extend my hire period?+
Subject to availability, extensions are usually possible. Contact us as early as you can and the same daily rates apply.
What happens if it rains?+
We operate rain or shine, but we understand if you'd rather not ride in poor weather. Where possible we'll reschedule or offer hire credit for another day if significant rain is forecast.

Safety & support

What safety equipment do you provide?+
All hire includes helmets. Additional gear such as knee and elbow pads or gloves is available on request for a small extra fee.
What if the bike breaks down?+
All our bikes are regularly serviced, but if you hit a mechanical issue just call our support line. We'll either talk you through a simple fix or bring a replacement bike to your location as quickly as possible.
Do you provide maps and route suggestions?+
Yes. Every hire includes maps of local trails and popular routes, and we're happy to suggest rides based on your interests and ability level.
Are the bikes insured?+
Our bikes are insured for standard use, but riders are responsible for theft or damage due to negligence. We recommend checking whether your travel insurance covers bike hire activities.

Absolutely. Many wineries in the region are accessible by bike, and riding between cellar doors is a popular, responsible way to enjoy tastings.
What should I bring for a day of cycling?+

We recommend:

  • Comfortable clothing for the weather and closed-toe shoes
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses
  • A small backpack for personal items
  • Card or cash for purchases along the way
